Cancellation Policy

Individual Packages

Service Cancellation: If the student decides to discontinue classes, they must notify the student at least 4 weeks in advance.

Class Cancellation: Classes may be canceled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. In this case, the class may be rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original class date.

Alternative Materials in Case of Late Cancellation: If the student cannot attend the class and does not cancel within the 24-hour period, they will have the option of receiving personalized study materials to continue their learning independently during that time.

Group Courses and Summer Courses

Course Reservation and Payment Terms: To reserve a course, a deposit of €50 is required, which will be deducted from the total course price. The first installment must be paid at least 1 week before the start of the course.

In the event of course cancellation, the €50 deposit will be refunded if it is made at least 4 weeks before the course start time. If the course cannot be held due to a lack of sufficient participants, the deposit will be fully refunded.

 

Number of participants and course duration for summer courses:
The course is designed for a group of 3 to 6 participants. If only 2 people register, the course will continue, but the daily duration will be reduced from 2 hours to 1.5 hours.

Cancellation and Refund for Summer Courses: A summer course already paid for cannot be refunded once it has begun. If the student decides to end the course before its end, they will not be entitled to a refund of the course fee.
